Is there a minimum for ordering?
There is no minimum for ordering. However, there is a $500 minimum order for DELIVERY with a $40 delivery charge within 25 mile range. 26-50 miles is a $50 delivery fee.

Can I return anything that I did not sell?
No! That is why we advise you take preorders instead of doing a live sale. That way you know exactly what you have to order with no overage!

What does the pricing on the MD Flower form represent?
The price on the form is the cost that your organization will pay to Maryland Flower for the product. This does not reflect what you will charge your participants. That price is set by your organization!

When does my order need to be submitted to Maryland Flower?
We must receive your organizations order within 2 weeks of order pick up or delivery to your organization.

Is there a minimum quantity that must be order on any product offered?
Yes! The 804 flats (8 4packs per tray), and the 5” annuals (8 per tray) must be complete trays. For instance, if you mark a 1 next to white impatiens, you will receive 1 full tray (8 4 packs) of all white impatiens. If you mark a 1 next to red geranium, you will receive 8 5” pots of red geraniums.

What if Maryland Flower is out of a product that I ordered?
If we run out of a particular product (we try to avoid this happening) or do not feel that the quality of the product is on par, we will either leave the item off or we will substitute if specified on your order form.

How do I make payment to Maryland Flower for my order?
We accept cash or check from your organization. If delivered, our driver will have an invoice for you to pay via check or cash. If you are picking up your order, please have a check from your organization or cash upon pick up.
